Refund Policy

At Easy Step Learning, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality educational experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our online language learning services.

1. Class Cancellation by Student
    •    You may reschedule or cancel a class with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
    •    If proper notice is given, you may receive:
✅ A full refund, or
✅ A credit applied to a future class.
    •    No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.

2. Missed Classes (No-Shows)
    •    If you miss a class without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

3. Technical Issues
    •    If a class is disrupted due to a technical issue caused by Easy Step Learning or the teacher, we will offer:
✅ A free rescheduled session or
✅ A full refund
    •    If the technical issue is on the student’s end, no refund will be provided, but we may offer one reschedule at our discretion.

4. Teacher Absence or Schedule Change
    •    If your assigned teacher cancels or reschedules a class, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:
✅ A full refund, or
✅ The option to reschedule with the same or another qualified teacher.

5. Course Package Refunds
    •    For multi-class packages, a partial refund may be granted if:
✅ The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
✅ No more than one class has been used
    •    Refunds for unused classes beyond this timeframe will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Non-Refundable Situations
    •    Customized or intensive programs once started
    •    Discounted promotions or limited-time offers
    •    Classes purchased through third-party resellers or partners

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
