    •    Prices are clearly displayed before checkout
    •    Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
    •    We do not store credit card or banking information

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which may be viewed separately on our site.

6. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers on our platform must:
    •    Deliver professional, respectful, and punctual lessons
    •    Use appropriate and approved educational materials
    •    Report any misconduct or concerns to Easy Step Learning
    •    Not exchange personal contact details or accept payments outside the platform

7. Student Responsibilities

Students (or parents/guardians) agree to:
    •    Attend classes on time and with preparation
    •    Treat teachers with respect
    •    Not share login credentials with others
    •    Not record lessons without permission

8. Prohibited Use
